Sneak cheddar into a loaf of bread!

Slice off top of each bread roll and gently remove some bread until there is a hole large enough to accommodate an egg.
Arrange rolls on a baking tray. Keep the tops. Place some ham into the edges of the hole and crack an egg into the centre. Season with salt and pepper and add 2 tbsp of cheddar. Bake in a oven until the eggs are set and bread is toasted – around 20 to 25 minutes. After eggs have cooked, place bread tops on baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
