Bake it onto a croque monsiour!

What you do...

Brush two pieces of bread with melted butter and grill until golden and crisp. Spread mustard onto the non-grilled side of the bread slices. Top one slice with ham and cheese and grill until the cheese is melted then place the other bread slice on top – grilled side up.

Stir cheese and nutmeg into a béchamel sauce and cover the top of the bread. Grill the whole sandwich until golden and bubbling. Enjoy it straight away!
